◆ Material : PA6+30% fiberglass reinforcement, high impact resistance, high surface area, and high strength.

◆ Characteristics : High rigidity+ultra-high and low temperature toughness. Compared with ordinary glass fiber PA6 (B3WG6), the notch impact is significantly improved, and it is not easily brittle at -30 ℃, balancing structural strength and impact resistance. Good fluidity, stable injection molding for complex thin-walled structural components. High thermal deformation temperature, stable size under long-term high-temperature conditions. Oil resistant, lubricating oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant, suitable for automotive oil circuits and chassis components. RoHS and REACH compliance, UL94 HB flame retardant (1.5mm).

◆ Purpose : Luggage/sports equipment luggage half shell, outdoor mountaineering equipment, sports shoe support skeleton. Automotive industry (main) includes airbag housings, chassis structural components, throttle/brake structural components, oil pipe joints, and oil resistant structural components around the engine. Bathroom/building insulation structural components, high-strength bathroom brackets. Industrial/electronic high-strength connectors, door and window anchor bolts, office chair structural components, bearing brackets.
